On the 17th of August 2016 Andy posted a tweet about an amazing interview in 2015 between our PwC Global CEO, Bob Moritz and Mellody Hobson the President of Ariel Investments, Melody was talking about life as Black Women in America, she talked about being unapologetically black. The insight from Melody prompted a Medium.com blog and the TED Talk below, Andy subsequently started his own process to being #ColourBrave by asking Black Women and Men what their experiences had been as they progressed through British businesses, you can see some of the interviews he conducted in his car below.
